The British Columbia Association of Chiefs of Police (BCACP) represents senior police leadership from both the RCMP and municipal police agencies across British Columbia. Committed to promoting ethics, integrity, and effective law enforcement practices, BCACP fosters collaboration among its members to enhance community safety.

Decal & Literacy Program
The BCACP’s neurodiversity decal program, developed with the BC Law Enforcement Diversity Network, helps create safer interactions between police and neurodiverse individuals. Displayed on vehicles or homes, the decal signals the presence of someone who may require alternative communication approaches. The initiative promotes empathy, understanding, and community trust in law enforcement.
I designed the decals and supporting marketing materials to drive engagement with police organizations, initiative partners and the community. This is an ongoing project, which Global News covered in August of 2024.

BCACP HealthIM™ Implementation Handbook
HealthIM™ is a digital system implemented by the British Columbia Association of Chiefs of Police (BCACP) to support first responders during mental health crisis calls. It provides mobile access to client-specific safety and de-escalation information, enabling officers to make informed decisions and potentially reduce unnecessary apprehensions under the Mental Health Act.
I designed BCACP's HealthIM™ handbook to implement the program with their members.
